One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to register and operate only one account on the winpkr95 Platform. Where multi-accounting is detected, winpkr95 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and retain any balances pending investigation.

You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your winpkr95 account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all changes to account settings, whether or not those actions were authorised by you.

winpkr95 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, that fraudulent activity has occurred, that the account holder has provided false information, or that the continued operation of the account presents a risk to winpkr95 or to other users.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting winpkr95 support via live chat or email. Pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with the standard rules applicable to those markets. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to identity verification.

Dormant accounts — accounts showing no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the winpkr95 fee schedule. winpkr95 will send a notice to the registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the applicable dormancy period may be closed without further notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. winpkr95 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time is same business day for verified accounts. winpkr95 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above certain thresholds, which may extend the processing time.

Verification: Before your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent time deemed appropriate by winpkr95, you will be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This may include submission of a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method details. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Anti-Money Laundering: winpkr95 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with applicable international standards. winpkr95 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to unlawful activity, and to report such transactions to the appropriate authorities as required.

Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by winpkr95. The display of odds or game results on the Platform does not constitute an offer that winpkr95 is bound to accept. winpkr95 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion — including bets placed by error, bets placed after an event has concluded ("late bets"), or bets placed on odds that were published in error ("palpable errors").

Palpable Errors: Where odds, prices, or game outcomes are displayed incorrectly due to a technical or human error, winpkr95 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect odds and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit winpkr95's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
